BIOTA Smart Home is a fast-growing smart home and pet tech brand. We are currently hiring two Marketing Specialists to lead marketing initiatives across two different product categories. Each role will be responsible for leading cross-functional marketing teams in planning and executing impactful campaigns that drive business growth.


Position 1:
Pet Products
(Pet Feeders, Water Fountains, Air Purifiers)

Position 2: Device Accessories
(Charging Cables, Chargers, Headsets, Earphones, TWS, Laptop Hubs/Adapters, and related products)

Each candidate will focus on one product category and is expected to have strong knowledge and genuine interest in the respective industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business and marketing objectives, including influencer/KOL strategies as part of the channel mix.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, paid advertising, e-commerce platforms, KOL marketing, and creative assets.
  • Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, including Social Media, E-commerce, Ads, KOL, and Creative (Graphic Design) teams.
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear, actionable briefs for each team, including:
    • Promotional content and key product highlights
    • Required content formats (feed posts, stories, reels, carousels, etc.)
    • Posting schedules and content volume by channel
    • Key messages, tone of voice, CTAs, pricing information, and branding elements
  • Develop and manage campaign calendars to ensure alignment across all teams and activities.
  • Monitor campaign execution from start to finish, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Conduct quality control on all campaign outputs before publication, including product accuracy, brand consistency, and message clarity.
  • Provide strategic guidance and proactively anticipate operational challenges such as stock readiness during promotions, KOL delays, ad rejections, or urgent content revisions.
  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics to evaluate performance and make real-time optimization decisions.
  • Identify new opportunities, trends, and innovations to improve campaign effectiveness and marketing performance.
  • Collaborate across departments to align objectives and remove obstacles that may impact campaign execution.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional marketing teams (Social Media, E-commerce, Ads, KOL, and Creative).
  • Strong ability to develop campaign strategies and convert them into detailed, actionable briefs.
  • Deep understanding of marketing channels, including organic social media, paid advertising, e-commerce marketplaces, and influencer marketing.
  • Proficiency in analytics and campaign management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and marketplace seller dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of design and copywriting principles to effectively evaluate and guide creative outputs.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Able to work efficiently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have strong knowledge and interest in the selected product category (Pet Products or Device Accessories).
  • Experience marketing pet products or consumer electronics/accessories is highly preferred.
  • Willing to work fully onsite (100% WFO) in Daan Mogot, West Jakarta
