About You

We are looking for a detail-focused, execution-oriented Marketing Specialist who delivers high-quality creative and sales enablement content to drive marketing and sales growth. In this role, you’ll independently manage projects from brief to delivery, creating presentation decks, email templates and case studies; and ensure collateral helps marketing and sales convert and scale. You’ll maintain asset trackers and timelines, deliver routine reports that measure impact and act as the day-to-day contact for internal stakeholders. You’ll partner closely with senior marketers and Provider Management to align deliverables with growth objectives and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance data.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

  • Creative Execution: Produce and update on-brand presentation decks, email and digital collateral, one pagers and partner collateral; prepare production-ready assets.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop practical sales and marketing content (pitch decks, battlecards, one pagers, email templates and basic case studies) that support demand generation and sales growth.
  • Project Management & Delivery: Own and complete assigned project tasks from brief to delivery, following established processes and timelines.  Maintain asset trackers, version control and project status updates to ensure timely handoffs to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Support: Act as day-to-day contact for assigned internal partners;  join cadence calls, capture action items, and translate goals into tactical deliverables.
  • Shared Service & Cross-Functional Support: Serve as a central design and execution resource to support requests from Provider Management, Sales, Product Marketing and other teams. Scale marketing efforts by producing repeatable templates and modular assets that reduce turnaround time.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular reports using established templates, validate data for accuracy, and highlight simple, actionable insights. Work closely with senior marketers to align deliverables to strategic goals, act on feedback and improve future execution.

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing or design roles supporting B2B organizations.
  • University degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred. (Equivalent to Bachelors degree or 4 year degree) 
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar; advanced PowerPoint/Google slides skills.
  • Experience with work-management tools (monday.com, Asana, or similar) and basic familiarity with CRM/marketing platforms, HubSpot preferred.
  • Strong project organization skills: asset tracking, version control and meeting details.
  • Comfortable producing routine reports and presenting concise status updates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage stakeholder expectations and act as a reliable point of contact.
  • Growth mindset: receptive to coaching, asks questions and looking to expand responsibilities.
