What you will do:
As a Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing and optimizing user acquisition strategies to drive growth for Stake.pe. This role requires a hands-on, analytical marketer with a strong understanding of digital performance channels and audience behavior. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize customer acquisition efforts.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute user acquisition campaigns across digital channels such as paid media, affiliates, influencers, and partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the iGaming and sportsbook industry.
- Assist in the optimization of marketing funnels to increase conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
- Track and report on key acquisition metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards in marketing deliverables.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across the marketing function without compromising quality or effectiveness.
- Work closely with finance and procurement to manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee the planning and execution of all marketing events, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and brand messaging.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery and exceptional attendee experiences.
- Streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies across all marketing activity.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or other high-growth digital industries.
- Proven knowledge of digital acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
