The role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that engage customers and support business growth. You’ll work across digital channels, leverage marketing technology, and collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful communications and optimize customer experiences.

What you'll be doing
  • Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, website, SMS).
  • Design and optimize customer journeys to enhance engagement and drive product or service adoption.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to segment audiences, personalize communications, and automate workflows.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Service, to align marketing activities with business objectives.
  • Stay current with marketing trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
  • Support the development of creative content and messaging for various marketing initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in marketing, with a focus on CRM, digital marketing, or marketing automation.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Braze, Segment, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and technical skills; ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and execution skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
