Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • This role will be responsible for marketing and launch initiatives of the Medtronic cardiovascular range of products.

  • Acts as a liaison between the Global Operating Units in building and executing the strategy for both downstream and upstream activities which includes leading strategic Marketing plans and New Product Launches for the portfolio to achieve revenue, profit and market share targets.

  • Being active member and contributor to build a team of Product marketers in Philippines & Frontier Market.

  • Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities.

  • Responsibilities may also include coordinating trade show activities, e-catalogue, developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in medical device is required.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic agility

  • Customer focused with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills

  • Collaborative, team orientation mindset with proven ability to successfully work in a highly complex matrix environment
