Location of position: Allen, TX (preferred) or Lisle, IL.

As our Marketing Specialist, you will plan and implement strategic marketing initiatives to deliver profitable growth for business lines across the Americas, through deep analysis and understanding of customer insights, develop and implement value propositions that differentiate the KONE brand. You will act as a strategic marketing business partner and collaborate closely with business leaders, stakeholders and sales to develop and execute marketing campaigns, assets and customer engagement opportunities. You will also continuously monitor, measure and improve the performance of marketing efforts that bring the biggest business impact and ROI. 

You will bring 5+ years of progressive and successful experience in Marketing to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related business field of study.

  • Expertise in the field of marketing and demand generation in a B2B environment.

  • Ability to engage and influence business and sales stakeholders to gain their commitment and deliver projects in line with business goals.

  • Ability to create differentiation advantage for KONE in response to customer needs and market opportunities.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret customer insights and marketing data.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

  • Excellent project management and time management skills to deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • Ability to develop engaging customer content and messages to drive desired business outcomes.

  • Team player and strong work ethic.

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role in Allen, TX location is $101,400 – $139,480.  The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

We will also consider candidates in the following areas.  Below are the different ranges applicable to those locations:

  • Lisle, IL area hiring range: $108,600 – $149,270.  

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
