We are looking to add a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Specialist to join Viral Nation’s Corporate Marketing team. This role blends strategy, execution, and optimization across digital marketing channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for digital marketing, and enjoys collaborating across departments to bring campaigns to life.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with Viral Nation’s annual strategy
  • Identify and recommend new channels, campaign concepts, and creative strategies based on market trends
  • Partner with internal teams (Studio, Paid Media) to traffic and execute advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), programmatic, display, and SEO/SEM
  • Coordinate and manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and asset approvals to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage and update the Viral Nation website and landing pages, including UX improvements and content updates
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a digital presence that reflects the brand and supports marketing goals
  • Build and maintain strategic marketing partnerships to increase brand reach and visibility
  • Track campaign performance across platforms, develop performance dashboards, and share actionable insights
  • Monitor, report, and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Assist with ad-hoc marketing projects and cross-functional initiatives

You'll Need To Have:

  • Previous social/ad agency experience and a familiarity with CRM systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or advertising roles
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns, particularly lead-generation focused initiatives
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, as well as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Nice To Have: Experience with A/B testing, performance tracking tools, design or video editing coordination
