Marketing and Events Specialist

As a Marketing and Events Specialist, you will coordinate and execute North American B2C promotional events, overseeing logistics, on-site setup, and schedules. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, sponsors, and vendors to fulfill event assets, manage event budgets, and ensure compliance with permits and contracts. Additionally, you will support the Marketing team by assisting in merchandise fulfillment for events and game launches, managing marketing assets, and keeping systems up to date. Your role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot issues for seamless event experiences.

Essential Job Functions:  

Event Coordination: Support planning and execution of all North American B2C promotional events. 

• Coordinate with customers/operators on all event logistics  

• On-Site Coordination: Oversee event setup, manage schedules, and ensure smooth execution on the day of the event. 

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, sponsors, and vendors for event asset and device fulfillment  

• Manage all event assets stored in the Warehouse in Egg Harbor Township, NJ 

• Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality. 

• Post-Event Analysis: Collect feedback, measure event success, and prepare reports for continuous improvement. 

• Compliance & Permits: Ensure all necessary permits, contracts, and legal requirements are met. 

• Problem-Solving: Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless event experience 

Content Marketing Support: Support Marketing team in the following areas:  

• Assist in merch fulfillment for upcoming events and game launches.  

• Assist Marketing Opps with asset management such as:  

  • Game guides  

  • B2B Email Campaigns  

  • Distribution Lists 

  • Uploading content marketing asset in Box 

  • Assist with keeping management systems up to date. Example: Box, High Spot, etc

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, event management, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in event coordination, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the B2C sector.

• Skills:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Box, High Spot).

  • Budget management and cost control expertise.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle last-minute changes.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance requirements, permits, and contracts related to event planning.

• Attributes: Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
