This role is within Intel’s Client Computing Group.  CCG is a computing paradigm where services and data reside in scalable data centers, and those services and data can be accessed by any connected device over the Internet. Responsible for designing and optimizing processors, chipsets and other hardware for consumer devices while also working on the software ecosystem, including drivers and utilities that enhance user experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join the Thunderbolt team. This position is essential to ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient day-to-day marketing operations across multiple strategic programs, platforms, and global developer ecosystems. The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager with strong operational discipline and technical proficiency, who thrives in cross-functional environments and can execute seamlessly in high-visibility and high-responsibility areas.

This role is integral to the stability and continuity of Thunderbolt's business and marketing infrastructure, and plays a key role in internal team efficiency, external partner engagement, and long-term program scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Program Management

  • Own end-to-end operations for Thunderbolt licensing programs, including Thunderbolt
  • Technology and Trademark agreements, in partnership with legal and business development teams.
  • Manage certification operations, documentation workflows, partner onboarding, and support through the official communication channels.
  • Managing business unit licenses, CDAs, and pricing agreements.
  • Coordinate revenue tracking and quarterly reporting for products like Thunderbolt Share from OEMs, ODMs, and Distributors; automate outreach and maintain accurate dashboards and data visualizations.

Marketing and Ecosystem Operations

  • Project manage Thunderbolt Plugfests and developer events, including scheduling, surveys (Qualtrics), invitations, and logistics.
  • Manage social media initiatives and Thunderbolt-specific marketing programs (e.g., End-to-End Experience program).
  • Own Thunderbolt CRM strategy and execution, including audience segmentation, email campaign development (HTML/CSS), and engagement tracking.
  • Act as content administrator for multiple platforms (UAM/OneKit/RDC, IDL, CTT, and Partner Marketing Studio), including asset management and partner access provisioning.
     

Platform and Web Operations
 

  • Oversee user access and troubleshooting for TTNET and certification tools; project manage the migration to next-generation infrastructure (IPS + Jira).
  • Maintain and update the Thunderbolt website via Drupal CMS and Adobe InDesign, including HTML/CSS updates, webforms, and partner registration tracking.
     

Administrative and Logistics Support

  • Manage inventory and shipping logistics at Jones Farm and other partner-facing operations.
  • Support internal tool provisioning and access management across key operations functions.
  • Train and support where applicable

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
What we need to see (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, or technical project management roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM systems, licensing workflows, and marketing asset management platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience & proficiency in HTML/CSS for email and web content.
  • 3+ years experience with CMS (Drupal preferred), survey tools (Qualtrics), and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • 3+ years of experience in cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • 3+ years of experience working independently while managing complex, deadline-driven projects.
  • 3+ years of experience managing sensitive legal, financial, and partner-facing documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the tech or semiconductor industry, B2B marketing, especially in partner ecosystem programs.
  • Familiarity with Intel tools (RDC, IPS, Jira) a strong plus.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in global and matrixed environments.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$115,540.00-$163,120.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
