Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Admin to join our team. In this role you will be responsible of orders registration on SAP with a right detective eye on all the acceptance criterion and right procedures.
How you’ll make an impact
- Having the right command of excel mastery and the patience of the Data entry tasks in a well-organized and punctual manner.
- Cross department assisting in the month closing activities and cross the month to ensure a right systematic recording on SAP systems.
- Having a solid knowledge of SAP with several modules to be the ground base for further development and to embrace a new knowledge.
- Capabilities of working efficiently in all the MS office programs with a excellent skills and traits.
- Creating and maintaining master data, such as customer records.
- Creating and maintaining purchase orders, sales orders, and other documents.
- Generating reports and analyzing data.
- Raising tickets for errors.

Your background
- A bachelor’s degree in commerce.
- 0-3 years of experience in the relevant field.
- SAP knowledge is mandatory.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
