Description

Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented  Marketing Specialist II for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

  • Executes upon the sales/marketing strategy for our website, including driving organic traffic through search engine optimization (SEO) to improve site performance, and managing the content across the site.
  • A Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist is responsible for improving our website's visibility on search engines like Google to drive organic (non-paid) traffic. Their main tasks include:
  • Keyword Research: Identifying the most relevant and high-traffic keywords for a website's target audience.
  • On-Page Optimization: Enhancing website elements such as meta tags, titles, headings, content, and URLs to improve search rankings.
  • Technical SEO: Ensuring the website is technically sound by optimizing site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and resolving issues like broken links or duplicate content.
  • SEO Content Execution: Plays key role in end-to-end progress for all on-and-off-page SEO changes,  guiding the execution of high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content that aligns with user intent.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software, and reporting results to stakeholders.
  • Staying Updated: Keeping up with search engine algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective.
  • Managing SEO Production at High Volume: Understands how content workflows operate and has ability to handle upwards of 100 content generation projects at a time.
  • Agile Workflow Management: Ensures SEO is integrated into product development cycle efficiently and continuously.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Optimizes website search performance by analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed recommendations.  
  • Preferred but not required: experience with SEO implementation across lead generation websites (highly-regulated industries a plus).
