Primary Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with commercial, engineering, regulatory, legal, and medical affairs teams to align execution of marketing programs to support Fractyl’s business objectives.
- Go-To-Market Planning: Coordinate product marketing activities for new launches, including executing launch plans, crafting impactful promotional materials, and developing training resources.
- Content Development: Collaborate with internal and external partners to create engaging, high quality materials, including websites, brochures, videos, and other marketing tools.
- Congress and Event Support: Coordinate and support presence at industry congresses, symposia/workshops, and company-led events to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Campaign Management: Support commercial marketing campaigns, including program planning, budget management, and performance analysis.
- Market Insights: Support market research programs to analyze audience behavior, trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Budget Management: Assist in monitoring and providing reports to help ensure strategic use of resources and submission of purchase requisitions.
- Perform all activities in compliance with applicable regulations, Fractyl’s policies and guidelines, including, but not limited to, timely documentation of activities and maintaining all required applicable training.
- Bring a “can do” spirit to work and deliver on other responsibilities as assigned.
Education or Certification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Professional Work Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in marketing, with a good understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Applicable experience in biotech, pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries preferred.
- Prior vocational experience in related fields a plus (i.e. Co-Ops, Internships, Fellowships, etc.).
