Analog Devices’ Automotive Cabin Experience (ACE) Business Unit portfolio includes industry leading technologies such as Gigabit Multimedia Serial Link (GMSL), Audio transceivers (A2B), Ethernet (E2B) and Digital Signal Processors. We are seeking for a Digital Marketing Engineer Specialist to help strengthen our solution branding, extend our solutions to broader reach, and improve customer experience. This individual will have opportunities to productively interact with cross-functional teams, include business managers, marketing, engineers, content creators, sales, and executives. This is a hybrid role involving both marketing and technology knowledge, the ideal candidate has both technical acumen and excellent communication skills to deliver complicated information in manner that’s easy to understand.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and work with corporate and business unit marketing teams to develop branding and digital marketing strategies.
  • Autonomously manage creation of content across business groups and the content management systems.
  • Present design ideas and recommendation to Marketing or Content Creator, with ability to present technical information and product benefits into layman’s terms for illustration creations.
  • Lead marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to the execution and implementation.
  • Create and manage marketing calendars, the operation expense and investment.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performances, measure ROI and KPIs.
  • Create promotional articles, technical documentation such as white papers and webinars.
  • Research competing products and solutions, both technical and marketing, to create a big-picture visualization of competition landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, communication, marketing, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in digital marketing will be preferred.
  • Some understanding of the Semiconductor industry and the dynamics of business ecosystems will be a plus.
  • Strong technical writing skills to create documentation and presentation ideas.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication skills and project management.
  • Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool, understands website metrics and best practices.
  • Able to work with teams at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results.
