Marketing Specialist

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic ANZ Consumer Marketing team.
Let’s talk about responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs and campaigns to generate and grow business across multiple channels to further the ResMed brand experience and build synergy between channels.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives to meet and exceed business goals
- Partner with marketing colleagues to deliver on key objectives
- Partner with sales and operations teams to understand marketing opportunities and their business impact
- Manage marketing deliverables and asset production to ensure delivery on time and on budget
- Communicate consistently with stakeholders on the progress of projects, initiatives and deliverables
- Support and coordinate both internal and external events, including but not limited to trade conferences, product training sessions, service days, launch events, internal meetings, off-sites and sales conferences
- Support and take initiative with promotional events and programs, aligning to the ANZ Consumer marketing strategy
- Support campaign analysis by providing insights into key metrics and success criteria
- Partner with external vendors and agencies as needed to deliver on key projects
- Continually monitor and refine campaigns and initiatives to ensure optimal outcomes are achieved
- Report on key initiatives as directed by ANZ Consumer Marketing leadership team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational success (e.g. digital team)
- Coordinate product launches across different channels

This role requires a structured and proactive self-starter who can quickly and effectively respond to the ever-changing needs of the business.
The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded commercial marketing generalist who is confident in collaborating for success through building good relationships.
We are looking for someone with a curious mind, who has a desire to be involved in strategy whilst coordinating the operational pieces for a successful outcome.
For you to succeed in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or any Business related discipline
- 2-4 years’ experience in events/marketing coordination
- Demonstrated experience in project management in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Intermediate skills in Excel
- Experience in medical/healthcare or a regulated industry is a plus
- Supported an omni-channel business or involved in the retail consumer experience
- An understanding of Oracle, Salesforce or Tableau is an advantage
