What You'll Do:

  • As the Marketing Specialist, you will develop and produce high-quality content aimed at increasing brand awareness, fostering audience engagement, and generating leads.
  • This role will work collaboratively with the marketing team to support the Director of Marketing in developing and executing various marketing initiatives. Responsibilities will span multiple channels, including advertising, social media, email marketing, content creation, webinars, sales enablement, and events.

Own and Execute with Support:

  • Partner with SMEs to support go-to-market initiatives, including but not limited to content creation of lead magnets, webinars, and various co-marketing materials.
  • Collaborates with the SMEs and Senior Leadership Team to plan and implement thought leadership content that drives traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Designs and produces, with assistance from the design team, compelling visual graphics for use across digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, marketing collateral.
  • Collaborates with the Director of Marketing and Senior-Led Selling Team to develop concepts and strategies for ABM campaigns.

Fully Own:

  • Develop and execute content calendars and plans from the set marketing strategy, project managing and executing activities to drive lead generation and communicate all necessary information to stakeholders.
  • Develops compelling content that aligns with Cro Metrics marketing strategy and goals including marketing collateral, social content, email campaigns, and case studies. 
  • Develops a content calendar based on the marketing strategy to provide value to our target audience, enhance SEO, and establish Cro Metrics as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Manages Cro Metrics LinkedIn, including content creation, scheduling and community engagement. 
  • Create targeted audience segments and personalized messaging strategies to optimize email campaign performance and increase prospect engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align marketing outreach efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Own and manage weekly BD and marketing meetings with the Director of Marketing and Senior Leadership. 
  • Monitor and analyze email and social campaign performance metrics.
  • Maintains a library of visual assets, ensuring consistency and accessibility for marketing and branding efforts.


What You Need:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience in B2B marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and compelling messaging.
  • Proven experience creating digital content on various marketing platforms. 
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Hubspot, Figma, and Wordpress is preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships and cross-functional teamwork.

Compensation: $55-$65k + benefits.
