Covetrus’ Integrated Consumer Marketing team is looking for a talented and inspired marketer to support consumer engagement and drive revenue across Covetrus’ online pharmacy business and client engagement platform, GreatPetCare.
The Integrated Marketing Specialist will support the management and implementation of our consumer-first omnichannel marketing strategy. They will develop and execute marketing plans to drive business through new programs that meet business needs and impact multiple lines of business. This role works cross-functionally with Creative, E-commerce, Email, Analytics, Product, Tech, and B2B teams to build out holistic marketing campaigns in support of core initiatives and KPIs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- This role will function as a collaborative member of the Integrated Consumer Marketing team to assist with building new initiatives from the ground up and optimize current marketing campaigns by understanding business goals, market trends, consumer behavior and the company’s strategic direction
- Support CRM efforts to leverage segmentation to create personalized cross-promotional marketing opportunities that move users through the marketing funnel while providing value along the way
- Maintain tracking systems, planning calendars, and reporting for marketing activities
- Assist with interpretation of customers’ behavior and collaborate on creative ways to increase revenue
- Ability to evaluate data and translate into business insights to inform strategy across key company initiatives
- Understand the rapidly changing digital landscape and propose testing plans to ensure we are keeping up with innovations in the industry
- Collaborate across teams to analyze marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to grow audiences and revenue across all platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field required
- 3-5 years of work experience in a marketing role
- Experience growing revenues and measuring impact metrics required
- Experience driving engagement with owned audiences. Email marketing experience a plus.
- Strong digital copywriting skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Ability to translate objectives and campaign goals across a B2B and B2C business structure
- Experience with analytics systems (Google Analytics, Tableau and Excel), data visualization familiarity strongly preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing KPIs (CTR, ROI, CVR) preferred
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated; able to work independently or within a group setting on multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy, thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change

· Support Strategic Development & Execution of Omni-Channel Campaigns
- You will collaboratively develop growth opportunities, manage campaign tactics across projects, and track performance data that aids in effectively enhancing our consumer experience.
- You can build the go-to-market approach to ensure seamless customer experiences while driving business results and building brand awareness.
- You understand how to develop segmented/personalized campaigns that will lead to higher engagement and conversion rates against different customer lifecycles leveraging CRM channels and dynamic personalization
- Support end to end email creation, including briefing, creative, setup, testing, deployment, QA, trouble-shooting, and reporting
- Ability to assess industry trends, competitor actions, and technological advances. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate
· Share Reporting & Analytics
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., website, email, app) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance and provide insights to cross-functional teams
- Utilize various analytics tools to collect, analyze, and interpret data and provide actionable insights
Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location.
However, the pay range for this position is as follows.
$46,400.00 - $77,300.00
