The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team at Novisto:
- Planning and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns to drive business value across new business generation, pipeline acceleration, and expansion, leveraging innovative strategies.
- Organizing industry trade shows, Novisto corporate events, and partner co-marketing programs.
- Hosting and executing webinars to engage prospects and clients.
- Managing email marketing programs and content marketing initiatives.
- Lead management and social campaign management.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
- Working closely with the VP of Marketing to develop innovative tactics and strategies for accelerated growth.
- Setting and reporting on targets through Hubspot alongside our Revenue Operations team.
- Performing other marketing responsibilities as required.
- 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
- An undergraduate degree in marketing or a related field.
- Strong data analytics skills to provide meaningful insights into marketing campaigns.

- Experience in building international marketing strategies for successful global expansion.
- Knowledge of digital platforms, especially social media platforms like LinkedIn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingualism is an asset).
- Experience with Hubspot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding ESG principles is an asset.
