What We’re Looking For
We're looking for a marketing specialist to be our in-house PR and events Swiss Army knife, plus assist with general marketing initiatives. Take the lead on Liatrio's presence at industry conferences, brand initiatives and evangelizing, thought leadership like webinars, podcast and guest appearances, and internal and external event planning. Design and execute B2B initiatives and communication that catches and holds C-level attention and enables current clients and potential clients to understand Liatrio's value proposition and brand. As part of our Operations team, this person will also work closely with our Marketing Manager, Events Coordinator, PeopleOps team, and engineering consultants.

Responsibilities
- Industry knowledge of marketing tactics and strategy, PR, events, communications, and branding to drive customers and work independently
- Contribute to existing content creation, branding, and marketing process
- Develop and execute Liatrio's conference presence strategy -- presentations, sponsorships, key notes, off sites, partnerships, talks, etc
- Cultivate relationships with professional associates, industry conferences, media outlets, journalists, bloggers, influencers, and thought leaders to promote Liatrio's brand and value
- Contribute to our digital marketing strategy by contributing new copy, materials, graphics, media, and content
- Collaborate with our Marketing Manager and Events Coordinator, as well as specialized external vendors and organizations
- Create promotional and collateral materials (both internal and external), including website content, presentation materials, social media, briefs, and email
- Work cross-functionally with leadership and Liatrio teams
- Review materials and provide feedback based on brand guidelines, best practices, and analytics
- Work with leadership, sales, and engineers to maximize Liatrio's presence at industry and client conferences and trade shows
- Own, plan, coordinate, and execute events and associated campaigns to drive engagement with our clients
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of events and campaigns
Requirements
- Skilled in multiple marketing generalist domains, such as graphic design, content creation, copy, campaign management, analytics/interpreting data, and partnering with sales
- Knowledge of PR, relationship management, events, and/or thought leadership domains
- Innovative, creative, and collaborative
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (exp. Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere, Photoshop) and Figma (a plus)
- Able to think outside the box, in an unconventional creative way
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Effective planning, organizing, designing, and communication skills
- Very familiar with Google Workspace tools (Especially Google Slides)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful content/events/campaigns/projects
Specifics
- Full benefits including unlimited PTO, funded HSA option, and company bonus
- Base salary: $70,000-90,000
- Employment eligibility: must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
- Travel availability: we divide our time between working remotely, attending industry events, company events, and visiting our client sites located throughout the U.S. We anticipate this role will travel monthly or approximately 25%
