Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will help develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the wider team to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Manage digital marketing channels such as organic and paid social media, email marketing, SEO and SEM.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Create compelling content for marketing materials, including website copy, social media content, email campaigns, advertisements, presentation decks, and more.
  • Write compelling award submissions to showcase our company’s achievements and secure industry recognition.
  • Research and identify key industry tradeshows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Assist with planning and execution of hosted and sponsored marketing events, conferences, seminars, etc. to generate leads and strengthen relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.

 Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools and email marketing software.
  • Experience with CRM tools and platforms.
  • Experience with SEO strategies and tactics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Ability to commute to NYC office in hybrid fashion

Salary: 70-80k DOE
