What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos
  • Monitor social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on engagement and growth
  • Partner with onsite teams to ensure consistent branding, posting schedules, and best practices
  • Train and support onsite teams on social media strategy and content creation
  • Develop high-quality visual and written marketing content that aligns with company brand standards
  • Capture and edit short-form videos including property tours, lifestyle content, resident events, and team highlights
  • Write compelling captions, advertising copy, and marketing content that resonates with target audiences
  • Maintain a marketing content calendar across multiple communities and campaigns
  • Design and coordinate marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, leasing signage, email campaigns, event materials, and promotional assets
  • Ensure all marketing materials maintain consistent branding and messaging across every property
  • Support branding, marketing, and collateral development for new developments and lease-up communities
  • Assist with digital marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, and improve marketing efficiency while maintaining brand authenticity
  • Stay current on emerging marketing trends, social media platforms, and AI technologies
  • Collaborate with operations, leasing teams, and executive leadership to support company marketing initiatives
  • Assist with marketing audits, campaign reporting, and performance analysis

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Multifamily, real estate, or property management marketing experience preferred
  • Strong experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design platforms
  • Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social media
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and content development
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and communities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
