Job Description

Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Office-Based, 5 Days Per Week)
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum

We're looking for a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to help accelerate growth across our US Telematics business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an early to mid-career marketer who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making things happen. You'll play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, supporting partner growth, executing local marketing campaigns, and working closely with sales teams to generate demand across both direct and indirect channels.

You'll be responsible for turning ideas into action, collaborating with central marketing teams while taking ownership of local execution. This role would suit someone who is naturally curious, data-driven, creative, and eager to develop deep expertise in a fast-growing technology sector.

What You'll Be Doing

Demand Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns focused on generating high-quality B2B leads.
  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns, including Google Ads.
  • Support SEO initiatives and website conversion optimisation activities.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, CPL, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Use analytics and insights to continually refine and improve marketing effectiveness.

Customer & Content Marketing

  • Develop customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials.
  • Work directly with customers to create engaging marketing content that supports new business growth.
  • Support social media activity and content distribution across relevant channels.
  • Create and localise marketing campaigns tailored to the US market.
  • Develop sales enablement content and marketing collateral.

Partner & Channel Marketing

  • Support the growth of indirect sales channels through partner-focused marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales leaders to identify opportunities for partner acquisition and engagement.
  • Assist with the launch and promotion of new products and services through partner networks.
  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns to support indirect growth objectives.

Website & Brand Management

  • Support the management and enhancement of the US Radius website.
  • Create and maintain product, campaign, and landing page content.
  • Ensure local marketing activity aligns with global brand standards.
  • Utilise design tools such as Canva to produce high-quality marketing assets.

Collaboration & Commercial Impact

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Central Marketing teams.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the telematics market, customer journey, and sales process.
  • Provide market and competitor insights to support commercial decision-making.
  • Contribute directly to ambitious growth targets across both direct and indirect channels.

Qualifications

Essential

  • 2-5 years' marketing experience, ideally within B2B technology, SaaS, telecommunications, mobility, or related sectors.
  • Hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, demand generation, PPC, social media, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience using data to measure performance and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept through execution.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute new ideas.

Desirable

  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience creating customer stories, case studies, and sales enablement content.
  • Familiarity with Canva or other design tools.
  • Experience within Telematics, Fleet Management, Mobility, IoT, or Connected Vehicle industries.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and website content management.
