The Marketing Operations Specialist will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, maintaining marketing project management systems, data management and improving operational processes.
ResponsibilitiesCampaign Support
- Assist with the setup, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
- Support email marketing initiatives, including audience segmentation and campaign testing.
- Help maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure campaign accuracy.
Data Management & Reporting
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining marketing data.
- Help create reports and dashboards to track marketing performance.
- Support database cleanup and data quality initiatives.
Marketing Technology Support
- Assist with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Update records and maintain accurate customer and prospect information.
- Support testing and troubleshooting of marketing tools and systems.
Process Improvement
- Support marketing operations projects and process optimization initiatives.
- Maintain documentation for campaigns, procedures, and system usage.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing team members on special projects.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve marketing effectiveness.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, project management, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or campaign support (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Workzone or Monday.com
- Experience working with data, reporting tools, or dashboards.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and marketing metrics.
The annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
