What You'll Do

As a Marketing Specialist supporting Paid Media, you'll play a critical role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life. Working closely with the Director of Media, internal marketing teams, corporate partners, and external agencies, you'll help ensure campaigns launch accurately, on time, and with the highest level of quality. You'll be responsible for coordinating campaign assets, maintaining trafficking documentation, supporting reporting, and helping execute paid media initiatives that drive attendance and revenue across our Orlando parks.

Campaign Execution

  • Support the Director of Media with the execution of paid media campaigns across SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica Orlando, and Discovery Cove.
  • Prepare and maintain trafficking documentation and campaign tag charts for all paid media channels.
  • Coordinate campaign launches with external media buying agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with quality assurance of campaign assets, URLs, tracking parameters, creative rotations, and landing pages prior to launch.
  • Monitor campaign launch timelines and communicate project status to internal teams.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Creative Services, Integrated Marketing, Brand Managers, and Corporate Marketing teams to ensure all campaign assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Help maintain message mapping documents to ensure the correct offers, creative, and calls-to-action are running across paid media channels.
  • Communicate campaign updates, deadlines, and asset needs clearly with internal stakeholders.
  • Support cross-functional projects as needed to ensure successful campaign execution.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure marketing materials comply with brand standards and legal guidelines.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all campaign deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase team efficiency.
  • Communicate professionally with ambassadors, vendors, agencies, and internal partners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of marketing, advertising, media, or project coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and time management abilities.
  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with paid media, digital marketing, or campaign trafficking is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CM360, or other digital advertising platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
