To support our business, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our global workforce. This is a content-forward, go-to-market (GTM) role that lives at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing.
Position Summary
You'll turn strategy into the assets and activities that move buyers through the funnel: persona-based content journeys, demand generation, account-based motions, and sales playbooks that drive marketing-sourced revenue. Marketing leadership sets the direction on persona, value proposition, and ICP; you make it come to life, from the content to the execution to the results.
Essential duties and Responsibilities
- Stay aligned with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams on persona, value proposition, and ICP, then execute and optimize the customer journey and funnel plan against that direction
- Produce the content that powers those journeys: spec sheets, nurture and launch emails, product and solution pages, sales presentations, and BDR playbooks. Use AI tools to move faster where it helps
- Run demand generation tied to your product launches and GTM motions, supporting ABM orchestration and coordinating with our Demand Generation Specialist, Content Manager, and Marketing Operations Manager
- Gather feedback from sales and product teams, and iterate on existing content to keep it sharp and relevant
- Partner with our Marketing Analyst to review performance data from Salesforce, ad platforms, and Google Analytics, so you can see how your work is performing and optimize accordingly
- Project manage your deliverables to hit launch deadlines, using tools like Monday.com
Experience & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or technology
- Full professional fluency in English, written and spoken. This is a global role, and the majority of collaboration, content production, and stakeholder communication happens in English
- Strong writing and communication skills. You can take a technical product and translate it into messaging that a non-technical buyer finds clear, relevant, and worth their time. You understand the difference between features and value
- Strong collaboration skills. You work well across product, sales, and marketing, and you know how to gather input and align with people who don't report to you
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills. You keep multiple deliverables moving, hit deadlines without dropping quality, and can explain your thinking along the way
- Eager to learn and adaptable. You pick up new products, tools, and subject matter quickly, and you can reorder your work as priorities shift on a fast-moving global team
- Comfortable using data from tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, ad platforms, or 6Sense to understand how content is performing
- Comfortable using AI tools to produce, iterate on, and scale content, with the judgment to know when the output is good enough to use and when it isn't
- Able to work hybrid from our Alphaville office 2-3 days per week, with infrequent international travel (up to 2-3 times per year) to the US or Europe. Must be able to obtain a valid passport and visas accordingly
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree
- Exposure to GTM, product marketing, or product launches, though this role is a strong entry point for someone looking to specialize in GTM
- Hands-on experience with any of Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Ads, or 6Sense
- Experience working in a global environment
- Samples of marketing campaigns or content you've produced
