On behalf of Zimmermann, we are hiring for a Marketing Specialist to execute Zimmermann's regional marketing strategy across the Middle East.
Zimmermann is one of Australia's leading and most respected fashion designer brands. Zimmermann's ready-to-wear and swim and resort collections are sold through Zimmermann boutiques and high-end retailers both in Australia and internationally. We maintain stand-alone retail stores throughout Australia, Europe, UK, USA and China and a successful online business.
Objectives
Responsible for executing Zimmermann’s regional marketing strategy across the Middle East, ensuring brand consistency while driving commercial performance. The role partners closely with global and regional teams to deliver impactful marketing, retail marketing, clienteling, events, and PR initiatives that elevate brand awareness, enhance the client experience, and support retail growth.
What you'll be doing
BRAND & MARKETING STRATEGY:
Collaborate with the global marketing team to define and execute the regional marketing plan aligned with the company’s global objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform strategic decision‑making.
Ensure regional compliance with brand standards, maintaining an exceptional and consistent client experience across all touchpoints.
RETAIL MARKETING & RETAIL SUPPORT:
Propose activation plans to support retail performance across all stores during key trading periods, collection launches, and local initiatives with a consistent execution across markets.
Liaise with key external stakeholders (Mall marketing department, agencies etc) to identify collaboration opportunities
Partner with key internal stakeholder (HO Marketing teams) for the execution of store activations and events
Drive the execution of store activation and events in close collaboration with local Retail and VM teams ensuring they align with brand values and creates meaningful moments that strengthen client relationships.
CLIENTELING & CRM SUPPORT:
Drive the rollout of the loyalty program to enhance engagement and elevate the client experience.
Work in partnership with retail teams to implement clienteling best practices, ensuring retail teams actively engage with high-value customers and nurture long-term relationships and loyalty with clients and lead to repeat purchase.
Collaborate with global client development team to oversee the regional gifting strategy for VICs, ensuring distribution of exclusive, money-can’t-buy products that reinforce brand desirability.
Support new customer acquisition through instore activations, ensuring these initiatives attract, engage, and convert high-value prospects into long-term clients.
Leverage CRM data insights to identify and segment key client groups, tailoring engagement strategies accordingly.
PR SUPPORT
Work in partnership with the global PR team to support PR initiatives across the region including press days, celebrity dressing, influencer seeding and media opportunities.
Liaise regularly with the regional PR agency to identify PR opportunities and leverage full potential of the agency.
BUDGET, REPORTING, & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:
Manage the regional marketing budget, monitoring performance and ensuring strong ROI across trade marketing, clienteling and PR initiatives.
Prepare regular reporting and presentations for regional and global stakeholders.
Act as a key point of contact between Middle East teams and global marketing functions.
What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or any related field.
Up to 5 years of experience in marketing, events, or retail marketing ideally within the luxury fashion sector.
Proven track record of driving client loyalty, increasing customer lifetime value, and managing high-value client portfolios.
Experience planning and executing VIP events, exclusive client activations, or personalized engagement programs.
Solid understanding of the Middle East luxury consumer and regional retail landscape.
Commercial mindset with the ability to link brand activity to retail performance.
Strong organisational, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Fluency in English Arabic a plus.
