We are looking for a Marketing Specialist - Virtual Events to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of webinars and virtual events that drive engagement and lead generation for JFrog’s industry-leading solutions. As a Marketing Specialist - Virtual Events at JFrog you will:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual events for the EMEA region, from planning through live execution and follow-up.
- Build and manage EMEA webinars, including promotional activities, budget management, and more, to maximize registrations and attendance.
- Manage multi-channel promotional campaigns (email marketing, social media, paid media, etc.), including invitations, reminders, confirmations, post-event follow-ups, and nurturing campaigns to drive registrations, MQLs, SQLs, and contributions to sales pipeline.
- Work hands-on in webinar platforms (BigMarker, Zoom), including setup, troubleshooting, and live event management.
- Work and manage external agencies and 3rd-party webinar vendors to run joint webinars and on-demand webinar projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content writers, solution engineers, PPC managers, designers, marketing automation, sales, and project managers to deliver impactful webinar campaigns.
- Coordinate with speakers on content, rehearsals, technical readiness, and live delivery.
- Analyze performance data and continuously optimize webinars for audience engagement, attendance growth, lead generation, and contribution to pipeline.
To be a Marketing Specialist - Virtual Events at JFrog you need:
- 3 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the tech industry (in-house or at an agency).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in webinar program management, marketing operations, or similar roles.
- Strong familiarity with webinar platforms (Zoom, BigMarker, ON24).
- Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), Salesforce CRM, and BI tools (Tableau).
- Highly self-motivated, with strong ownership, independence, and flexibility to take on additional tasks.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset, able to interpret data and translate insights into actions that optimize marketing outcomes.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven cross-team and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Passion for marketing innovation and eagerness to grow in integrated B2B marketing.
- Fluent in English (exceptional writing and speaking skills required); French or German is a plus.
