The Team

The PVH Southeast Hub is one of the most dynamic Hub organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. While covering a massive area counting 45+ countries, our hub is extremely diverse (25+ nationalities) and has strong potential. We are ambitious and committed to unlocking our full potential and to optimize the positioning of PVH in our markets.

The Position

The Marketing Specialist will execute cross-functional projects and marketing activities to drive brand awareness, traffic and activate local communities to increase the visibility of the brand across the MEA+ and CIS countries (UAE, KSA, Israel) .

Key Responsibilities:

  • General team support across all marketing activities within the region (UAE, KSA, Israel) and delivery of activations across all channels
  • Support on brand asset distribution ensuring brand guidelines are always adhered to across all channels and then Brief approved requests to the media team and provide assets to partners
  • Support wholesale partners with marketing requests and execution including delivery of special projects, e.g. campaign launches, pop ups or partner windows
  • Managing and supporting GCC PR agency for all sample requests and management as well as tracking and reporting on all influencer and PR activations, proactively seeking out new talent and PR opportunities in our markets
  • Creating seasonal briefs for the different territories (UAE, KSA, Israel) to localize our global objectives and translate them into meaningful marketing objectives for each market
  • Track the social media activities on partners channels and ensure brand alignment
  • Support on seasonal marketing recaps & activities reports
  • Support on key global and local events, ad hoc regional projects and marketing activations, and ensure representation from the local markets in all global activations and events
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve set objectives and create a positive working environment


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Master or Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • 2 years’ relevant working experience in fashion, retail brand or ecommerce environment (or in relevant functions) in an international matrix/complex organization
  • Global mindset, possessing the ability to translate global initiatives into local needs
  • A proven track-record in marketing, Project Management (managing multiple projects simultaneously), combined with a flexible approach to (last-minute) changes
  • Pro-active, results driven, organized and efficient
  • A strong consumer-focused and service-minded mentality
  • Good interpersonal communication skills to manage vendors, agencies, stakeholders, and foster inter-departmental collaboration
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, PPT, PDF, Word, Excel), OS Keynote and preferably knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator
  • Fluent in English and Arabic Language, verbal and written, Russian is a plus
  • Availability to travel across the region and relevant markets (UAE, KSA, Israel)
