Marketing Specialist, Software Quality Solutions

About the Job: 

Qt Group is looking for a Marketing Specialist, Software Quality Solutions to join our rapidly growing global Qt marketing team.

Qt Group is seeking a highly motivated, creative and data-driven individual to join the AMER marketing team as a Marketing Specialist focused on the company’s Software Quality Solutions business. The Marketing Specialist will work with a multi-functional team, reporting to the Field Marketing Manager AMER, to drive local marketing and demand generation activities while supporting sales efforts. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is looking to join a fast-paced marketing team to accelerate their marketing career. This role is based in Boston.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in B2B technology marketing, managing pipeline-generating marketing activities.

You will:

• Be responsible for event management planning and execution (seminars, tradeshows, conferences, webinars); including budgeting, scheduling, logistics, content development, creative themes, promotion, post-event activities and success measurement
• Support with lead generation activities, including organizing third party media partnerships, content syndication campaigns, digital marketing support and much more
• Manage the marketing-to-sales funnel using our CRM and marketing automation tools
• Help to maintain and enhance brand awareness for Software Quality Solutions business area and its products
• Support marketing campaigns through a variety of channels and activities including social media management, website updates, email marketing and digital channels
• Own marketing reporting and Return on Investment measurement
• Own content localization and creation

About You: 

• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience in B2B marketing
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Experience in using CRM and marketing software such as Salesforce, Marketing Automation Tools (Hubspot/Marketo), Asana and Excel
• Results oriented; able to establish clear expectations, objectives and priorities and track progress
• Data-driven mindset and some experience in marketing ROI assessment
• Can-do attitude
• Able to work independently and in a team
