Job Description

We are searching for a Marketing Specialist for our Data Center Team to support business and brand awareness in the data center market across EMEA.

Key challenges:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with channel partners (distributors, resellers, system integrators).
  • Design and manage partner incentive and rebate programs to support sales and loyalty.
  • Plan and deliver partner programs, joint campaigns, and demand generation activities.
  • Oversee and optimize the partner portal, ensuring access to up-to-date enablement materials, marketing assets, and campaign tools.
  • Manage partner enablement initiatives, and loyalty programs.
  • Analyze campaign performance, ROI, partner pipeline contribution, and engagement metrics.
  • Support partners with co-branded marketing assets, case studies, and event participation.
  • Organize product launch seminars, webinars, joint partner events, local workshops
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product management team and communications teams.
  • Oversee channel marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B or related marketing field.
  • Experience in telecom or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, incentives, rebates, and distribution models.
  • Proficiency with CRM and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
