Role and Responsibilities
Job Description
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing HVAC marketing activities across Latin America, with a focus on content creation, digital channel management, and regional marketing coordination.
The role is responsible for generating consistent, high-quality marketing assets, manage social media presence, and ensure alignment between HQ guidelines and local execution. This position supports business growth through strong content, structured communication, and market visibility.
Key Job Responsabilities
A. Marketing Asset Creation & Management- Develop and manage marketing materials, including: commercial catalogs, product playbooks, sales support documents
- Adapt and localize HQ-provided content (presentations, brochures, videos) for regional use
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual standards
- Manage HVAC social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook)
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with product and campaign priorities
- Monitor engagement, respond to interactions, and grow follower base
- Support digital marketing campaigns and performance tracking
- Act as liaison between HQ marketing teams and Latin America subsidiaries
- Ensure proper adoption of HQ marketing assets, tools, and best practices
- Support subsidiaries in local execution and adaptation of materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Experience in marketing, preferably in:
- HVAC / Consumer electronics / B2B technical industries
- Proven experience in:
- Content creation (written and visual)
- Social media management
- Marketing asset development
- Hands-on experience with design and content tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, video editing tools)
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in regional or multi-market coordination is a plus
- Advanced English and Portuguese; Spanish is a strong advantage
