We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to support and execute Verifone’s marketing activities in Finland. You will be a key resource to support our daily marketing efforts in Finland and will coordinate, execute, and measure all day-to-day as well as long-term strategies.

This role is also accountable for reaching the country’s sales lead targets, as well as focus on lead quality, conversion, data enrichment, marketing process automation and tools, program and channel performance reporting, to ultimately optimize marketing performance and ROI.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing, campaign execution – but also enjoys planning local events. You will work closely with regional and global teams to implement marketing programs that drive awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, manage and implement marketing programs and strategies for Verifone Finland
• Maintain and update regional websites, ensuring content is relevant and optimized.
• Coordinate advertising campaigns with external agencies, including keyword planning, ad creation, and performance tracking.
• Obsess about results: analyze site traffic and website flows, conversion optimization campaign results, analyze and report program performance; report metrics appropriately and flag issues for internal stakeholders, provide recommendations for improvement
• Assist in developing email marketing flows and nurture campaigns for prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.

• Native Finnish speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Finnish and English.
• Degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or tech environments.
• Advanced knowledge of key platforms: Pardot/ Marketo /other marketing automation tools, CRMs (Salesforce, Pipedrive, others), Google Analytics/Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Email marketing tools, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Project management skills to lead and coordinate projects across multiple departments
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with large data sets
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation systems and lead nurturing campaigns is required, such as using/coordinating a mix of email, digital marketing, content marketing, and event-based campaigns to generate new sales leads.
