Ibotta is seeking a Marketing Specialist, Digital Media to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This person will play a crucial role in Ibotta’s media buying and optimization efforts in order to acquire and activate new, high-quality users to our app within one of the most competitive spaces in the industry. The ideal candidate must be analytically driven, organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects and partners.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:

Develop and launch user acquisition and retargeting campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, primarily focusing on social and search channels, with likely expansion into display, TV, and DOOH in a supporting role.

Measure and analyze the performance of your campaigns in the context of Ibotta goals and the marketing industry as a whole.

Continuously optimize campaign performance to meet or exceed target KPIs.

Provide data-driven insights to optimize user acquisition and retargeting strategies, boost campaign performance, and increase conversions.

Test new channels, audiences, creatives, copy, and media formats, and report findings with strategic recommendations.

Create and manage creative briefs, coordinating ad requests with internal creative and development teams.

Collaborate with the Activation team to design and optimize onboarding flows, enhance user experiences, and drive higher activation rates.

Leverage your digital channel expertise to support the Consumer Marketing team, ensuring alignment across strategies and campaigns.

Stay up-to-date on industry insights, competitor tactics, and relatable changes

What We Are Looking For:

2-3 years of experience managing performance-based digital marketing campaigns

Bachelor’s degree with a focus in marketing, advertising, economics, or related field

Experience with direct response marketing

In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
Nice to have:

Experience running user acquisition mobile app-install campaigns

Understanding of mobile attribution models and use of attribution software

Knowledge of organic social best practices

Understanding of other marketing tactics such as influencer, audio, T.V.

Advanced Excel proficiency

This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, a benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, an Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks, and occasional meals.

Base compensation range: $69,000-$77,000. Equity is included in the overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
