The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to help the marketing leads achieve or exceed commercial & strategic goals for the global conferences within a culture focused on results, accountability, relevance, innovation, quality, and speed to market.
Primary Responsibilities:

Work with the Marketing leads in executing end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive audience acquisition revenue and retention across the global conference portfolio.

Plan the campaign activities assigned to you based on the set-back schedule to deliver marketing campaigns – on time, to budget.

Execute the campaigns effectively making sure that the campaign activities are well tracked and are seamlessly executed as per agreed planned in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders and marketing leads.

Optimize the processes and look at innovative ways of optimizing the existing process, create and follow best practices to maintain high quality standards, and have a positive impact on campaigns.

Utilize analytical tools to inform and identify the best channel mix and utilization to achieve commercial and strategic goals and the best possible ROI on campaign spend.

Effectively manage internal & external stakeholders/partners to deliver campaigns.

Be agile and flexible to deliver the best possible result and have a positive commercial impact on the global portfolios.

Make sure you are working as a part of the team, both regionally and globally to help achieve the larger marketing teams’ objectives.
Job Requirements:

Graduation required; MBA is a plus.

2+ years’ experience in Marketing, with direct experience in marketing operations and/or working with the marketing center of excellence in the business to business environment.

Experience and skills within integrated, multi-channel marketing.
-
Experience and skills of SEO, SEM, marketing analytics, CMS and demand generation campaigns.
-
Experience and skills in marketing automation and database driven marketing.

Understanding of deriving, analyzing and utilizing customer insight.

Strong time management and project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Strong written/oral communication skills.
