Job Description

  • Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns for Air Transat and Transat Tours Canada, from planning through launch
  • Develop, structure, and manage campaign plans, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Coordinate campaign execution across paid, owned, website, mobile app, and partner channels
  • Support the development and execution of clear, high-quality campaign briefs and translate campaign objectives into actionable plans
  • Act as the central point of coordination between Marketing, Revenue Management, Commercial, CRM, Web, Creative, Product, Contact Center, Legal teams, and external agencies
  • Facilitate campaign planning meetings, status updates, and launch reviews.
  • Ensure full campaign readiness before launch (content, offers, CRM, website, contact center, etc.) and compliance with processes, approvals, and quality standards
  • Monitor campaign progress, anticipate risks, manage issues, and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain an integrated campaign calendar and ensure visibility and prioritization across the organization
  • Identify resource conflicts, timing challenges, and capacity constraints in collaboration with teams
  • Establish and maintain campaign processes, tools, checklists, and governance practices
  • Coordinate post-campaign reviews, capture learnings, and support continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, project management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in campaign management, integrated marketing, marketing operations, or project management in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Experience coordinating complex, multichannel marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with structure and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and meeting facilitation skills
  • Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and demonstrated ease with collaborative digital tools and AI (e.g., Copilot)
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English*

*A strong command of French is required for positions in Quebec. The individual will need to communicate frequently in English, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders in Quebec and internationally.

Skills Required
