- Plan and deploy integrated B2C marketing campaigns to drive consumer awareness, consideration, and purchase of our printer portfolio in line with the business strategy
- Develop compelling seasonal and promotional campaigns (e.g. Back-to-School) to stimulate demand and support sales targets
- Create catchy campaign assets with local agencies to stand out from the competition
- Coordinate digital marketing activities across paid media, social media, and online channels to generate traffic and conversions with the local country teams
- Collaborate with product and channel teams to deliver effective co-marketing initiatives and in-store/online activations that improve product visibility and sell-out
- Bring new printers to market with strategic launch plans and consumer-focused messaging
- Support product positioning and messaging tailored to consumer needs and market trends
Track and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize marketing investments and maximize return on marketing spending
This role contributes directly to the company’s growth objectives by:
- Driving consumer demand and supporting revenue growth in the B2C printer category
- Increasing retail/reseller and e-tail sell-out through targeted promotional and marketing initiatives
- Accelerating adoption of new products through effective launch campaigns
- Expanding the installed base of printers, which drives long-term recurring revenue from consumables
- Strengthening brand presence and market competitiveness in a highly dynamic consumer technology market
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in consumer electronics or technology products
Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives that successfully drove positive business impact
Experience working with retail or e-commerce channels is preferred
High performance mindset with the ability to analyze campaign results and leverage insights to optimize future initiatives
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills in a multicultural environment
Fluent in Business English
We offer a market-oriented annual target salary (incl. bonus) from EUR 55.000 gross, depending on your educational background and experience. Flexible working schedules and mobile working are integral part of our new way of working.
