Job Description

SCOPE:

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager - APAC, the APAC Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving the commercial success of Sirtex across Asia Pacific by collaborating on marketing programs and executing impactful, field-based initiatives. This role works closely with the APAC Marketing Lead and Commercial team to implement APAC marketing strategies, manage end-to-end delivery of events and programs, and analyze marketing performance to inform business decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the execution of APAC marketing initiatives to support revenue growth and strengthen market presence, aligned with regional and global strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of regional marketing events, including physician education programs, symposia, conferences, and internal meetings.
  • Partner with the commercial team to execute targeted in-country customer engagement activities that enhance product education and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Develop and manage marketing analytics and reporting, including performance dashboards, post-event analysis and monthly reports.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, event logistics, and external partnerships to ensure seamless event execution and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to adapt and develop marketing materials, campaigns, and digital initiatives.
  • Track marketing budget and expenditures for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Identify new opportunities for marketing innovation, process improvement, and customer engagement.
  • Continuously develop and maintain up-to-date product, clinical, and scientific knowledge to ensure the effective and accurate delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate on ad-hoc projects and new initiatives as required to support APAC marketing and commercial priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in medical device or pharmaceutical marketing, preferably with regional or multi-market exposure.
  • Proven track record in executing multi-market marketing programs and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in another Asian language is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand and apply product, clinical, and scientific knowledge to marketing initiatives.
  • Occasional regional travel may be required to support events and customer engagement activities.
