Provides first-line SAP application support for Production, Operations, and Finance processes. Manages tickets, resolves L1 issues, assesses business impact, coordinates escalations with AMS partners, and tracks service-level agreements. Documents and coordinates change requests through production release, maintains support materials, and trains end users. Requires strong functional knowledge of SAP PP, MM, QM, or SD and practical production, supply-chain, and ticket-management experience. This is a hybrid Boston-area role with three days in office and no travel.
