Reports to: Director, Pacific Market, Asia Pacific

Job Purpose

As the Regional ABM Marketer in Pacific, you will be the architect and champion of high-impact, account-based marketing strategies across the market. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Leader, you’ll drive targeted programmes that deepen relationships, accelerate cross-sell and unlock new value within our existing customer base. You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution—partnering closely with Customer Success, Adoption and Training teams to deliver personalised experiences that drive adoption, engagement and growth.

This is a pivotal role where you will shape how we engage our most important accounts—designing and delivering ABM campaigns, orchestrating customer webinars, supporting product-launch programmes and serving as the regional marketing interface for flagship events like AVEVA World and AVEVA Days. Principal Accountabilities

  • Design, execute and optimise Pacific ABM programmes focused on cross-sell, upsell and expansion within existing accounts—leveraging data, insights and strong collaboration with Sales, Customer Success and Adoption teams.

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers, Adoption and Training teams to identify high-value account opportunities, co-create account plans and deliver tailored marketing initiatives that drive product adoption, customer value and lifetime value.

  • Lead the regional customer webinar programme—owning strategy, content, promotion and measurement to engage users, showcase value, educate and support retention/expansion motions.

  • Support cross-sell and product-led growth initiatives, including new product/feature launches—crafting targeted campaigns and enablement materials that speak directly to key accounts and their business outcomes.

  • Serve as the marketing interface for major events (e.g., AVEVA World, AVEVA Days), collaborating with event, field and user-community teams to amplify customer engagement, advocacy and account expansion.

  • Measure and report on ABM programme performance—defining KPIs (pipeline, expansion revenue, account engagement), tracking account progression, diagnosing trends and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

  • Localise global ABM best practices and assets to ensure regional relevance, whilst maintaining alignment with the global framework and standard

  • Champion a culture of collaboration, experimentation and learning—sharing account insights, piloting new approaches (1:1, 1:few, 1:many), and scaling what works regionally.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on account-based marketing, customer marketing or demand generation— ideally in a global/regional matrix environment.

  • Proven success designing and executing ABM programmes that drive significant cross-sell, upsell and customer expansion results.

  • Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, account planning, segmentation and multi-channel touchpoint orchestration (digital, events, direct, partner).

  • Experience managing customer-facing programmes such as webinars, user communities or key-account events.

  • Excellent project-management skills—able to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable defining account-level KPIs, analysing results, iterating strategies and optimising campaigns for impact.

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder-management skills—able to influence, align and inspire across functions, geographies and levels.

  • Experience supporting product launches and working closely with product marketing is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with ABM tools/platforms, CRM and marketing-automation technologies.

  • Experience in one or more of the region’s core industries is a strong advantage.
