WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Marketing Strategy Development Develops a marketing strategy in support of our mission Meets with key clinical and administrative stakeholders for individual marketing projects, including enterprise primary and secondary service lines. This would include creating marketing plans, budget and special events. Assist in identifying opportunities to promote new and existing Franciscan Alliance services to the target population.
• Developing Relationships Develops and maintains positive relationships with coworkers, administrative staff and clinical staff to meet the needs of the communities we serve and promote new and existing Franciscan products and services.
• Program Creation and Evaluation Assists director in conducting research and implementing marketing and advertising campaign elements based on results. Assists in measuring outcomes of marketing activities and events. Delivers measurable results in meeting or exceeding targeted growth and retention benchmarks.
• Event Planning and Coordination Plans and executes educational and healthcare promotion events within the targeted population. Helps coordinate resources including vendors, partners, and community awareness event staff support to ensure successful events.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Specialist
• Required 4 years Marketing specialist or 4 years Relevant Experience
• Preferred 2 years Healthcare
