Position Summary
Supports OAPI brand teams and Functional Departments in a specialist role for Print bench competitive bidding, SOW/PO requisitions. Provides cross-functional supports for the Marketing Materials Fulfillment warehouse and additionally Marketing Services to the brand teams and Commercial Operations for coordination of projects and tasks as needed. Provides back-up cross-functional support for all Marketing Operations functions as required.
Key Job Responsibilities
Brand Support for Print Bench and associated support services
- Create SOWs for projects to be competitively bid amongst suppliers on the agency and/or technical bench
- Print Bench: Competitively bids print projects on and project manages the execution and delivery of the printed projects. Works cross-functionally with printers, internal teams and creative agencies.
- Requisition SOW/ROS in Ariba to generate Purchase Orders (PO) across brands
Marketing Services
- Marketing Services as needed to support the Brand Teams
- Provide cross-functional support within the Marketing Operations team
- Support label change projects and other ad hoc requests
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, Education, and Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills and exposure to MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- Abilify to work both independently and within a team setting
- Sound judgement and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
- 2 years Pharmaceutical Experience
- Veeva Vault PromoMats Experience
