The mission of the Product Marketing Department is to iconify our product so that everybody wants to buy it.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Product Marketing team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for translating product investments into strategic product marketing opportunities that drive demand and maximize global product recognition. As the Senior Manager / Manager, Product Branding, you will support with creating product names, branding, and packaging that make our products easy to recognize and understand, ensuring our branding assets successfully execute on the Product Marketing priorities throughout the lifecycle. THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager / Manager, Product Branding, you will lead the team to:

  • Identify and drive opportunities to own and defend our product in the marketplace
  • Identify product trademark opportunities and support cross-functional teams to ensure timely acquisition
  • Ensure our product is identifiable and to drive product education and brand recognition
  • Identify and execute opportunities to develop and manage product names that maximize brand recognition and protect our product
  • Identify opportunities to make our product recognizable when worn through external branding such as logos
  • Identify and execute opportunities to communicate our brand identities through product packaging systems that maximize shopability, functionality, and education

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager / Manager, Product Branding, has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Product Branding
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
