Job Title: Marketing Senior Coordinator

Location: Calgary, AB, Canada

Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid*)
* Due to the role being hybrid, it's expected that candidates reside within a reasonable commuting distance of less than 80 kilometers of the Calgary office.

The job

A marketing automation coordinator’s key role is to contribute to a center of excellence for marketing automation that informs a full 360 view of AVEVA’s customers and partners. They perform campaign execution tasks including the review and scheduling of email communications, list loads that reflect campaign performance, design A/B testing to learn what works and what doesn't work, create and analyze reports and recommend follow-up steps, and fundamental tasks like data clean up in our databases.

Key responsibilities

  • Curate and help AVEVA tune a best in class marketing automation system that informs a full 360 view of AVEVA’s customers and partners
  • Develop, maintain and contribute to data governance practices including cleansing database so that records sync accordingly between systems
  • Perform campaign execution tasks including creation of nurture programs/email/landing pages/templates, web form templates and A/B testing at a global level
  • Perform and optimize marketing operations maintenance tasks like reactivation of campaigns to bring forth better set of operating policies
  • Implement and manage operational requirements for global communication governance and communication process/calendar

Essential requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Strong workflow process
  • Ability to work closely with others in a team environment
  • Innate ability to collaborate and develop positive business relationships with all cross-functional areas within AVEVA at a global level
  • Proficient in recommending best practices and managing governance of operational needs
  • Experience managing projects of varying complexity; time management and project management are critical skills
