Liderar la estrategia de growth para verticales no-restaurantes: Retail, turbo, ecommerce.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Liderar la organización, diseño y ejecución del calendario comercial para las verticales no restaurantes, asegurando que cada campaña tenga una estrategia integral, datos sólidos y resultados medibles. Este rol es clave para conectar áreas, optimizar procesos y garantizar el crecimiento sostenido de nuestras iniciativas.

  • Organizar, diseñar y ejecutar el calendario comercial para todas las verticales.

  • Solicitar y coordinar la producción de piezas para own media.

  • Colaborar con otros equipos internos, CPGs y agencias externas.

  • Utilizar herramientas como Appsflyer, Snowflake y Power BI para análisis y seguimiento.

  • Desarrollar estrategias 360° para cada vertical, incluyendo own media, paid media y social media como palancas clave.

  • Definir objetivos de crecimiento claros para cada campaña y asegurar incrementos WoW (week over week) y MoM (month over month).

  • Diseñar estrategias diferenciadas por squad de CRM para comunicar mensajes relevantes a cada audiencia.

  • Asegurar la correcta definición de expectativas antes de cada campaña y realizar revisiones post-ejecución para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
