  • Collaborate with the direct sales team to provide marketing support that drives lead generation and conversions.
  • Work cross-functionally with content, creative, events, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Support our product marketing team and play a key role in launching new products.
  • Work with Formlabs Key Opinion Leader (KOL) manager to drive initiatives with other KOLs across the globe.

You:

  • Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • 5+ years in marketing program management, preferably in a hardware technology and/or healthcare company.
  • 2+ years of experience with social and digital channels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for designing innovative customer campaigns.
  • A deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to execute quickly.
  • Proactive, solution-driven, and able to anticipate challenges.
  • Strong curiosity about our customer base, product, and technology.
  • Goal-oriented rather than task-driven, focusing on achieving impactful results.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BigQuery).
  • Experience working in the dental or medical industry.

Our Perks & Benefits:

  • Robust equity program to build future wealth through RSUs
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)
  • Low cost fund options in our 401K and access to advisors
  • Generous paid Parental Leave (up to 16 weeks)
  • Tenure-based paid Sabbatical Leave (up to 6 weeks)
  • Flexible Out of Office Plan – Take time when you need it
  • Ample on-site parking & pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Healthy on-site lunches, snacks, beverages, & treats
  • Regular sponsored professional development opportunities
  • Many opt-in culture events across our diverse community
