The opportunity

Join our innovative team as a Marketing & Sales Manager for Grid Integration (Grid & Power Quality Solutions and Services) in Türkiye and play a crucial role in shaping the energy landscape.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Develop and execute the Business Unit and Product Group sales strategy in the assigned market, ensuring full alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Define and implement Marketing & Sales action plans to grow the domestic market, maximizing geographic coverage, channel penetration, and key growth segments (Utilities, Renewables, Industry, Data Centers, Transportation, e‑Mobility, Hydrogen).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities in line with company guidelines, including Gate and “Where to Play” processes.
  • Prepare competitive, value‑based proposals to deliver high‑quality solutions.
  • Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets, contributing to sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers, in coordination with internal teams and relevant functions.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales organization, fostering a high‑performance culture and a proactive mindset.
  • Ensure all Sales activities comply with global and local company standards, rules, and processes.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role. E.g.: sales leadership within the energy, utilities, renewables or infrastructure sectors, ideally with a focus on grid integration or power systems.
  • Strong understanding of high-voltage substations, power quality solutions, or related grid technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience managing and coaching high-performing sales teams across diverse markets and cultures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internal and external partners at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with project-based sales cycles and complex solution selling.
  • Excellent command of English and Turkish language both written and verbal.
  • Availability to travel inside Türkiye and abroad where having a valid driving license.
