We have an opportunity for a Marketing Revenue Analytics Specialist to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest, where you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting lead management data to enhance marketing strategies and improve lead conversion rates. This position requires a deep understanding of analytics tools and methodologies to provide insights that drive decision-making within the Corporate Marketing Shared Services Department.This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.
Key responsibilities
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze large datasets related to lead generation and conversion, identifying trends, patterns, and insights.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collected from various lead management systems.
- Reporting:
- Develop and produce comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead management effectiveness.
- Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the Sr. Manager Lead Management to develop data-driven strategies that enhance lead acquisition and nurturing processes.
- Provide recommendations for improving lead scoring and segmentation methodologies.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment on lead management initiatives.
- Support the implementation of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within lead management and analytics practices.
- Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices in lead management analytics.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to team members on analytics tools and methodologies.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
Key skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in a lead management or marketing role.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL) and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced English language skills

- Experience in corporate marketing environments and familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Romanian or other languages is a plus.
