We have an opportunity for a Marketing Revenue Analytics Specialist to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest, where you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting lead management data to enhance marketing strategies and improve lead conversion rates. This position requires a deep understanding of analytics tools and methodologies to provide insights that drive decision-making within the Corporate Marketing Shared Services Department.This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities

  • Data Analysis:
  • Analyze large datasets related to lead generation and conversion, identifying trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collected from various lead management systems.
  • Reporting:
  • Develop and produce comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead management effectiveness.
  • Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager Lead Management to develop data-driven strategies that enhance lead acquisition and nurturing processes.
  • Provide recommendations for improving lead scoring and segmentation methodologies.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment on lead management initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within lead management and analytics practices.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices in lead management analytics.
  • Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to team members on analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.

 

Key skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in a lead management or marketing role.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL) and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced English language skills

We value 

  • Experience in corporate marketing environments and familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Romanian or other languages is a plus.
