    • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers, delivering an excellent first impression of the company.

  • Pipeline Management

    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions and progress within the CRM system.

    • Collaborate with the Head of Communications to refine lead qualification criteria and improve conversion rates.

    • Facilitate the seamless transfer of qualified leads to Partner Managers, providing all necessary background and insights.

  • Meeting Coordination

    • Schedule and confirm meetings between qualified leads and Partner Managers.

    • Ensure a smooth transition by preparing Partner Managers with all relevant information on the prospect.

  • Collaboration and Feedback

    • Provide feedback to the Head of Communications and the broader team regarding lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

    • Actively contribute to the optimization of lead nurturing strategies and qualification processes.

  • Reporting and Metrics

    • Regularly report on key metrics such as lead response time, MQL conversion rates, and scheduled meetings.

    • Share insights and data trends with the Head of Communications to guide marketing and sales alignment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, lead qualification, or a similar role.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Analytical skills for interpreting lead behavior and campaign performance.

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Speed and responsiveness to inbound leads.

  • Number and quality of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
