We are looking for a motivated Marketing Research & Business Intelligence Intern to join our Trauma & Extremities (T&E) Division. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic Marketing organization focused on data-driven decision-making and operational excellence to enhance marketing and brand performance across Europe.
What you will do:
As a Marketing Research & Business Intelligence Intern, you will:
Create visual reports and dashboards to track marketing and brand performance.
Prepare monthly updates and performance summaries for leadership.
Support AI-based projects to automate workflows and improve decision-making.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time data visualization.
Apply coding skills to optimize data processing and reporting.
Drive process improvements and empowerment initiatives to increase efficiency.
Clean and align marketing databases to ensure data integrity and reliability.
Provide valued data to commercial teams and corporate decision-making.
Deliver competitor insights and benchmarking to support strategic positioning.
What you need:
Required:
Currently pursuing a degree in Data/Business Analytics or a related field. It is required to be enrolled at a Dutch University for the entire duration of the internship.
You are eligible to pursue an internship in The Netherlands.
Strong interest in Data Analytics, Marketing, and AI applications.
Basic knowledge of AI, Data Management, and Coding Concepts.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Advanced skills in MS Excel and Power BI.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Any additional European languages (e.g. fluency in French) would be a plus.
Experience with data visualization, automation, and process improvement projects.
Familiarity with competitor analysis and benchmarking techniques.
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and Power Apps.
