Position Summary: 

As part of our commitment to delivering unparalleled insights to our clients and candidates, we seek a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Research Associate to contribute to our dynamic team. 


The Marketing research associate will produce relevant job market insights & reports for internal and external use across our recruitment brands. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Analyse job market data to identify key trends, industry insights, and opportunities for talent acquisition. 
  • Compile comprehensive research reports for publication, providing valuable information to internal teams, clients, and the broader industry. 
  • Coordinate the creation and publication of periodic job market insight reports. 
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and communication teams to ensure timely and effective distribution of reports to the target audience. 
  • Conduct brand audits and surveys to assess the market perception of client brands and employer reputation. 
  • Analyse survey data to provide actionable recommendations for enhancing brand positioning and attracting top talent. 
  • Investigate and analyse job market activity, including job postings, candidate movements, and industry shifts. 
  • Regularly update internal stakeholders on the current job market landscape and potential impacts on recruitment strategies. 
  • Analyse and interpret published job market data and statistics from various sources. 
  • Extract meaningful insights to inform strategic decision-making for internal operations and client engagement. 
  • Proactively assess future trends in the job market, emerging skill demands, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proactive recruitment strategies aligned with anticipated market shifts. 


Requirements

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in market research and data analysis. 
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Familiarity with the recruitment industry and a keen interest in staying updated on market trends. 
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and software. 
  • Methodical and well-organised 
  • Confidence when dealing with a wide variety of people

Benefits

Salary: 

$800 - $1,000 (Gross monthly)
