Job Title: Sales Supervisor – Pharmaceuticals.
Department: Sales
Reports to: Asst. Manager Sales.
1. JOB PURPOSE: To grow business in Pharmacies across Kampala
2. ROLE OF DEPARTMENT:
Would exclusively deal with developing a channel of pharmaceuticals across Kampala and Entebbe and also adhere to the basic work ethics of Sales and grow the same.
3. SCOPE AND RANGE:
To cover all distribution networks, wholesalers, retailers, and chains of pharmacies across Kampala Entebbe with 1500 outlets in number.
4. MAIN TASKS :
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-¬benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback
5. QUALIFICATION:
Qualified with Science or Pharmaceutical graduation.
6. Experience:
Relevant Experience of two-plus years in selling pharmaceuticals/baby food products.
